Madhu S. Nene, MA Economics

I joined the team in 2014 as Client Relationship Manager, where I handle the details that keep everything running smoothly. My focus is on making sure clients receive accurate, timely service and that their needs are met with care. The variety and problem-solving aspects of this role keep me engaged every day.

I earned my BA in Economics and MA in Business and Mathematical Economics from the University of Pune. Those analytical skills translate well into managing the logistics and client interactions that make our office function efficiently.

Outside of work, I'm deeply involved in the arts. I started my own drama group in 2004 and have staged productions in cities across the US. I also direct and act in theatrical performances, and I love conceptualizing and creating large-scale scenic elements and immersive environments for live shows. There's something thrilling about bringing a vision to life, whether that's through performance or visual design.

I'm also a professional ceramic artist, and I enjoy cooking. These creative pursuits balance the structured nature of my professional work and remind me that solving problems and creating connections can take many forms.

What I enjoy most about my job is interacting with a diverse group of clients and the challenges that come with a dynamic role. Every day is different, and that keeps things interesting.
